About our service in Metuchen
Metuchen is part of our Middlesex County service area, and our technicians cover the whole municipality.
We bring the equipment to the house. There is no shop, and we book by appointment at any hour.
Carpet that has been down a long time holds more soil than it shows, and that is the usual starting point for a Metuchen whole-house clean. Heated solution goes into the pile and comes straight back out with what is in it, the traffic lanes get a second pass, and the stairs are finished by hand. Rugs are dye-tested first and cleaned on a protected floor, and the sofa is done while the machine is already in the house.
Rugs and runners in Metuchen
Hall runners and area rugs in older Metuchen houses are often wool. The fiber is identified before anything gets wet, and the method follows from that rather than from how the rug looks.
The estimate is written
You get a written estimate before the work begins. It is based on what you told us about the property, and it is the number you pay.

Questions
Questions from Metuchen customers
Question 1: Are the products safe for children and pets?
The products are non-toxic. Once the carpet is dry, children and pets can be back on it.
Question 2: Do I get a price before you start?
Yes. You get a written estimate before the work begins, based on what you told us about the property in Metuchen. It is the number you pay.
Question 3: Our carpet is old. Is it worth cleaning or replacing?
We tell you which one you are looking at before we start. A pile that is soiled comes back, a pile that is worn flat in the traffic lanes does not, and those are two different problems on the same floor.
Question 4: Do you do rental turnovers in Metuchen?
Yes. Tell us the handover date when you book and we bring air movers so the carpet is dry and walkable on the day rather than damp.
Question 5: Which ZIP codes do you cover in Metuchen?
Metuchen is ZIP code 08840, and every address in it is inside our service area. There is no storefront and no drop-off point, so every service is performed at the address you give us, anywhere inside the town line.

Had a great experience with Bob and his son. They were very quick to respond and set up. They finished the job within 30 minutes and cleaned up their area. My dog had diarrhea and peed on the carpet and they took everything out. It looks brand new.Highly recommend.

I was extremely satisfied. The carpets look brand new, and-most importantly-everything was done right on time, exactly as we had agreed. They work very quickly and professionally.
