I had a great experience with this carpet company! I called this past Friday and they were able to help me right away. From start to finish, Jacob was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. Jacob was punctual, respectful of my home, and took the time to make sure the carpets were cleaned thoroughly. The difference was amazing and the carpets look refreshed. I really appreciate Jacob’s attention to detail and great customer service. The price was very reasonable for the job that was completed. Had a great experience with Bob and his son. They were very quick to respond and set up. They finished the job within 30 minutes and cleaned up their area. My dog had diarrhea and peed on the carpet and they took everything out. It looks brand new.Highly recommend.
